Testimonial

When he started with us in January 2025, he was a second grader who barely spoke unless you asked him something directly. His writing was a mix of capital and lowercase letters in the same sentence, he didn't pause at periods or commas when he read, and his vocabulary was limited, so just listening to English was hard for him.

We built his lessons around exactly what he needed to work on, and kept pushing him, week after week, with the same message: You can do this if you keep trying. His parents did their part too, making sure he got exposed to English outside of class as well.

It didn't happen overnight. But at some point, he started answering questions on his own, before we even had to ask twice. In July 2025, he sat the TOEFL Primary Reading and Listening exams and did really well.

Honestly, the score isn't even the part we're proudest of. It's that a kid who used to avoid talking now just... talks. That's the whole point

It has been about a year and a half since my son began taking lessons with Arthur. He was very shy and struggled to express himself in English, which had been a source of concern for us. However, after meeting Arthur, he gradually began to change.

Not only has his ability to communicate in English improved, but Arthur has also taught him the importance of not being afraid of making mistakes, the value of communicating his thoughts and ideas to others, and what it truly means to learn.

Arthur teaches while carefully understanding and supporting my son’s feelings, and this has helped him develop greater confidence.

Above all, it has been wonderful to see my son enjoying his learning. We are truly grateful that we had the opportunity to meet Arthur.
